The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have obtained the preliminary information electronically and confirmed it, and that before the conclusion of the distance sales agreement, they have correctly and completely obtained the address that should be provided to the BUYER by the SELLER, the basic features of the products ordered, the prices of the products including taxes, and the payment and delivery information.

7.2. Each product subject to the agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER or to the person and/or organization designated by the BUYER at the address specified in the preliminary information section of the website, depending on the distance to the BUYER's place of residence, within the period specified in the preliminary information, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. In the event that the product cannot be delivered to the BUYER within this period, the BUYER reserves the right to rescind the agreement.

7.3. The SELLER accepts, declares, and undertakes to deliver the product subject to the agreement complete, in accordance with the features specified in the order, and with any warranty documents, user manuals, and other information and documents required by the nature of the work, free from all defects, and to perform the work in a sound and standards-compliant manner in accordance with the requirements of the legal legislation and the principles of accuracy and honesty, to maintain and improve service quality, to exercise the necessary care and diligence during the performance of the work, and to act with caution and foresight.

7.4. The SELLER may supply a different product of equal quality and price by informing the BUYER and obtaining their express consent before the expiration of the performance period arising from the agreement.

7.5. The SELLER accepts, declares, and undertakes that if the performance of the product or service subject to the order becomes impossible and the SELLER cannot fulfill its obligations under the agreement, it will notify the consumer in writing within 3 days from the date it learns of this situation and will refund the total amount to the BUYER within 14 days.

7.6. The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will confirm this Agreement electronically for the delivery of the product subject to the agreement, and that if the price of the product subject to the agreement is not paid and/or is canceled in the bank records for any reason, the SELLER's obligation to deliver the product subject to the agreement shall terminate.

7.7. The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that if the price of the product subject to the agreement is not paid to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution due to the unauthorized use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons after the delivery of the product subject to the agreement to the BUYER or to the person and/or organization designated by the BUYER at the address indicated by the BUYER, the BUYER shall return the product subject to the agreement to the SELLER within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the SELLER.

The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that the average process for the amount refunded to the credit card by the SELLER to be reflected in the BUYER's account by the bank may take between 2 and 3 weeks, and since the reflection of this amount in the BUYER's accounts after the refund to the bank is entirely related to the bank's processing time, the BUYER cannot hold the SELLER responsible for any delays.

7.9. The SELLER has the right to reach the BUYER through the address specified by the BUYER in the site registration form or updated by the BUYER later, email address, fixed and mobile phone lines, and other contact information for communication, marketing, notification, and other purposes by letter, email, SMS, telephone calls, and other means. 7.14. The BUYER may not use the website belonging to the SELLER in any way that disrupts public order, is contrary to public morality, disturbs and harasses others, is contrary to the law, or infringes upon the material and moral rights of others. Furthermore, they may not engage in activities that prevent or hinder other members from using the services (spam, virus, Trojan horse, etc.).

Links to other websites and/or other content that are not under the control of the SELLER and/or belong to or are operated by other third parties may be provided through the website belonging to the SELLER. These links are placed to provide the BUYER with ease of navigation and do not support any website or the person operating that site, nor do they carry any guarantee regarding the information contained in the linked website.

7.16. A member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this agreement shall be personally liable for criminal and legal penalties due to this violation and shall hold the SELLER free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. In distance contracts regarding the provision of services, this period starts from the date the agreement is signed. The BUYER must also return the product within 10 days from the date they directed the withdrawal notification to the SELLER.
e) If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason arising from the BUYER's fault, or if return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages in proportion to the BUYER's fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deterioration resulting from the proper use of the goods or product during the withdrawal period.
