As we have a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your product. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, meaning it must be unworn or unused, tagged, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This will allow us to assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/non-returnable items 
Certain types of products, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., custom orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products), cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you have and make a separate purchase for the new product once your return has been accepted.

14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union 
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, your product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, meaning it must be unworn or unused, tagged, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
